Palacio Del Sol- PGI

Palacio Del Sol is one of the first Condominium building to be constructed in Punta Gorda Isles, and the only one with a rooftop pool. This particular beloved unit was due for a refresh. See the Before & Afters below.

After Kitchen - The soffit over the island was removed to open the space and allow for the island to be centered. The existing wood cabinets were salvaged and retrofitted to breathe into the new design.

Master Bathroom - After Finished with a new vanity, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and frames glass sliding door for the shower. Existing shower tile remained as it was neutral enough and helped stay within budget.
